I was catching every red light on my way to therapy. EVERY ONE.

I rushed in, unsettled, exclaiming, "I'm late!"

She said, "Lauren, you are five minutes early."

I said, "I FEEL late."

She said, "Feelings aren't facts."

Feelings. Aren't. Facts.

A couple months later, I woke up at Brad's house.

I ate Easy Mac for breakfast, despite him making a healthy, nutritious breakfast (as he always does). *Reference two blog posts ago*

I could feel it in my fingers again.

The panic attack was coming. It's the scariest feeling in the world. When your brain, your body betrays you.

Crying, I said, "How many days has it been since February 22?"

He replied, "67."

I said, "I haven't had a panic attack in 67 days."

He said, "That is a fact."
